The portfolio includes four platform sizes, all of which are based on Advantech's carrier-grade platforms and powered by Intel's high-performance processors. In addition to validated hypervisors, a sample of VNFs that will be bundled with Pi-CON platforms include SD-WAN, NG-FW, BNG, VPN, VSwitch and VRouter.
PREMIER's large Pi-CON uCPE platform is verified as an Intel® Select Solution for uCPE and utilizes the Intel® Xeon® D Processor to deliver optimal performance and efficiency. The Pi-CON uCPE portfolio's scalability ranges from a cost-efficient and compact tabletop platform to a high-performance carrier-grade 1U rackmount platform.
